First Prize: Broadway Bound Trip for Two
You and a guest will be invited to join us on our exclusive Broadway Bound trip in 2019. This annual adventure and audience favorite includes:

Official Applause! Raffle Rules
- $25 per ticket or 5 for $100.
- No limit on the number of tickets purchased by an individual.
- Raffle purchase is for a chance and is not tax deductible.
- No refunds on raffle ticket purchases.
- Odds of winning are based on the number of raffle tickets purchased. No limit on the number of tickets sold.
- Must be 18 years of age or older to enter.
- No physical tickets will be sent to online purchasers, however, online entries will be confirmed via email.
- All prizes will be subject to federal tax withholding in accordance with the requirements of Federal law.
- No raffle tickets will be sold online after October 17, 2018.
- Phoenix Theatre is not responsible for late, lost, damaged, incomplete, misdirected, illegible, or mutilated entries.
- Phoenix Theatre staff and Board Trustees are eligible to win if they purchase tickets.
- Each prize is subject to restrictions.
Selection and Notification of Winners
- Drawing to be held at Phoenix Theatre’s Applause! Gala on October 20, 2018, at approximately 8:30 p.m. Winners need not be present, and will not be able to access live drawing without a ticket to attend the Gala.
- The first drawn winner will receive the Third Prize package. The second drawn winner will receive the Second Prize package. The third drawn winner will receive the Grand Prize package.
- Winner must show proof of a valid driver’s license in order to claim the prize.
- If the winners are not attendees of the Applause! Gala, they will be contacted by phone and email at approximately 8:45 p.m. Saturday evening, October 20. If the winner cannot be reached after 72 hours from first notification attempt, the winner’s ticket will become ineligible. The prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected by random drawing from the remaining tickets. Phoenix Theatre is not responsible for problems occurring through telecommunications or the Internet, which may affect winner’s receipt of the prize notification.
- Raffle winners will be posted online at phoenixtheatre.com after three eligible winners have been chosen.
