We have cancelled scheduled performances to help arrest the spread of COVID-19.
We made this decision with your safety and wellbeing foremost in our minds. It marks the first time in our 100-year history that our theatre will pause performances. However, we know this decision is the right one for you, our patrons, and for everyone working on our productions.
- All remaining performances of Sondheim on Sondheim have been cancelled.
- Something Rotten! has been postponed, and is now scheduled to begin performances on Wednesday, May 13.
- The Rocky Horror Show will be postponed, with a scheduled first performance date of Wednesday, May 13.
- HAIR will now be scheduled to start Wednesday, July 8.
This closure will be a hardship. We will need the support of our whole community in the coming months. Your donations, season tickets, and voice are just a few powerful ways that you can continue to support a vibrant arts community in Phoenix. For more, please visit phoenixtheatre.com/support.
Please allow us to reach out to you. We ask for your patience as we reschedule your tickets. We will reach out as soon as possible with more information.
We remain unshaken in the belief that theatre brings out the best in us, inspiring hope and understanding. And with the help of steadfast patrons just like you, that mission will continue.
We guarantee: the show will go on.
